This mokuhanga woodblock artwork intricately weaves together a tapestry of cultural symbols and mythological creatures, reminiscent of the vibrant patchwork of Hawaiian quilts. At the heart of the composition, a majestic dragon represents strength and a resplendent phoenix, symbolizes strength and renewal. Mynah birds, Breadfruit (ulu) and octopus come from the HawaiianIslands.
